What's your background?

I started in sound engineering: recording studios, live audio, that kind of thing. The technical problem-solving translated well when I shifted into web development.

Now I build web platforms, interactive systems, and AI-powered tools. The thread connecting it all is making complex systems feel simple to use.

What tech do you work with?

Mostly TypeScript, React, and Next.js on the frontend. For content-heavy sites, I work a lot with Drupal and headless CMS setups.

On the AI side: OpenAI APIs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and voice interfaces. I like building things that actually ship, not just demos.

Can I try your AI demos?

Yes! The AI Lab has working demos you can play with:

• RAG Search: add your own documents and ask questions with source citations
• Voice Assistant: talk to an AI with real-time speech and tool calling
• Prompt Security: try to break past AI guardrails (7 levels)

The floating chatbot in the corner uses RAG to answer questions about my work.

What's with all the subdomains?

I like keeping different parts of my life in their own spaces. ai.neelvora.com for experiments, blog.neelvora.com for writing, woodworking.neelvora.com for shop projects, music.neelvora.com for my original music and productions.

It's all one Next.js app under the hood, just routed by subdomain.

Do you sell your woodworking?

Sometimes. I make furniture and shop projects mostly for myself, but occasionally pieces are available. Check shop.neelvora.com if you're curious.

It's a hands-on balance to all the screen time.

Depends on timing and fit. I take on select projects, usually web platforms, interactive experiences, or AI integrations.
