• Solution: Employed a calm color palette, straightforward navigation, and approachable language to create a welcoming environment for users. Visual elements were tailored to be both professional and comforting, reducing any potential discomfort.
2. Mobile and Accessibility Compliance
• Challenge: Ensuring optimal performance and accessibility across mobile devices and compliance with WCAG standards.
• Solution: Built a responsive design adaptable to various screen sizes, with a focus on readability and navigation on mobile. Enhanced accessibility features were added, such as proper labeling, keyboard navigation, and contrast adjustments.
